The Bash Resident DJ

One of the many things that sets The Bash apart from other high school basketball events is the use of professional DJs to play music throughout the event.  This page is dedicated to our resident Bash DJ!

Adam “DJ iAM” McDowell

DJ iAM, Adam McDowell, is a Ridge View Alum and also attended the University of South Carolina where he was on a manager on the Men’s Basketball Team. He can be heard spinning at clubs, sporting events, and at major corporate events across country. One of his major accomplishments was DJing at the Nike sponsored Kevin Durant Camp in Washington, DC which featured Kevin Durant and a host of the nation’s top High School and College players. He has also DJ’d on national television for Presidential Candidate Hilary Clinton during her campaign run.  Basketball is his first love. He was instrumental in founding and running the South Carolina Pro AM League, a premiere summer basketball league for College and Professional players. The event is NCAA Certified and going on 6 years of existence. DJ iAM’s name does not only signify the initials in his name but he believes “I AM” is two of the most powerful words; for what you place after them can shape your reality. With this saying he calls himself The Greatest and uses the slogan “Year of The Greatest”, aiming to provide GREAT entertainment at every single event.
